The BlueSkyBlue summer flying suit Foxtrot is
a 2-layer garment designed for use in fair weather. Typically, this suit is perfect for use in open-cockpit microlights during the summer at altitudes of up to 5,000 feet. Many glider pilots and other leisure aviation pilots also find this medium-weight suit to be ideal.

Design

The Foxtrot suit design features a centre front zip from neck to crotch, and two leg zips from ankle to waist. The neck has a pull-cord at the rear for snugness.

There are two trouser pockets and two breast pockets – all 4 are zipped. There is an elasticated waist and elasticated cuffs with velcro fasteners for a good fit.

Layers

1) The outer fabric is called Taslon ® which is windproof and has a great soft feel for comfort. It is very durable and is coated in PU (polyurethane) to resist water.

2) The suit lining is a breathable material called polyester Tricot ® which is designed for effective moisture management. Only dyes which are azo-free are used in the production process.
